For participants from: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey.

Project targets youth workers willing to take the lead of organising quality intercultural dialogue in our projects and communities and willing to improve intercultural learning/dialogue in their activities.
Themes of the project are: Youth work, Intercultural dialogue, Acceptance of diversity, Intercultural learning, criteria and indicators of quality ICL projects, Grant application writing, Erasmus+ Programme and new project ideas.
Objectives:
• Sharing experience, realities and activities regarding intercultural diversity in our communities/countries;
• Exploring concepts of intercultural learning, dialogue and acceptance;
• Mapping cultural diversity related issues in our local youth work, but also in our European youth work and within Erasmus+ YiA projects;
• Promoting intercultural dialogue as instrument in acquiring the knowledge and aptitudes for dealing with a more open and more complex environment;
• Discussing criteria and indicators of quality ICL / intercultural dialogue activities;
• Analysing different levels of quality and criteria - influence of (quality) intercultural learning/dialogue projects on personal, organisational and communities’ level;
• Developing recommendations for quality criteria and indicators for quality intercultural learning/dialogue projects that are further influencing personal competences development, possible behavioural changes and changes in local communities;
• Further developing participants' competences in defining, planning and coordinating quality youth work projects which contribute to intercultural dialogue and acceptance of diversity in communities;
• Introducing the Erasmus+ programme and developing new projects and future European level cooperation among participating organizations with the topic of intercultural dialogue and acceptance.
The training course is based on the approach and principles of non-formal education and will use a lot of insights from the SALTO booklets, EU policy documents and T-kits of the Partnership programme of EU and CoE. The course is designed as an open learning process based on participants’ experience and exchange. A combination of different creative, participatory and interactive methods will be used and designed upon the profile of participants.
Costs:
Travel costs will be reimbursed only for the cheapest way of transport and preferably for the return tickets. Participants will be reimbursed with at least of 70% of their travel costs (for all the original tickets and ways of travel that are plane, bus, train or ferry, NOT taxi and NOT car). There is a possibility that they will be reimbursed in higher percentage but it depends on how much will other participants spend on their tickets. The travel reimbursement will not be done on the spot, but after the return of the participants to their homes and after they send the original tickets and boarding passes to the organisers. Participation fee: NONE! All accommodation and food costs in the hostel are covered by the organisers.
