“CreARTivity” objectives:
• To develop skills like creativity, spontaneity, communication, problem solving and teamwork among participants;
• To improve participants’ ability to use theatre and drama in their activity with youngsters;
• To improve facilitation and training delivering skills of participants;
• To create and identify strategies in order to include more youngsters with few possibilities in future Erasmus plus projects;
• To provide networking and partnership establishment opportunities.
Project description:
The CreARTivity project is a training course with the purpose of developing skills like spontaneity, creativity, teamwork and communication among 24 European youth workers. The core of this project is represented by the analysis and the use of theatre and drama as non-formal methods. During the 8 days of the project, the participants will explore methods like forum-theatre, green drama, improvisation theatre etc. These activities will culminate with the preparation of a labyrinth theatre by the participants, for other youngsters, which will summarize the essential moments and the project’s conclusions. Participants in this project will be active members in NGOs, with experience in non formal education and willing to use theatre in their future activity with youngsters.
Costs:
• Full accommodation and materials are covered by host NGO.
• There is no participation fee.
• Travel costs will be reimbursed according to new Erasmus plus guide.
Working language: English.
