Summary: Main aim: to raise awareness and highlight the importance of recognizing your own learning process.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders.
For participants from: Bulgaria, Denmark, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Spain.
Group size: 20 participants
Details:
Objectives:
• To familiarize participants with the concept of Youth Pass as an educational program and its possibilities within and on the outside of Erasmus +;
• To explore the 8 key competences;
• To develop participant’s competences in planning NFE and intercultural learning with particular attention on building structured learning processes;
• To set up strategies for the better recognition of youth work and non – formal education;
• To share tools and methods in order to support young people self-learning and self-assessment.
The project targets youth workers, leaders and volunteers whom must be:
• over 18 years old;
• Able to communicate in English and attend the entire training;
• Willing to absorb the input and act as multipliers ;
• Active and open-minded.
Navigators must:
• Prepare a flipchart about your sending organization (1 min presentation);
• Bring traditional food & drinks for our intercultural event;
• Have a look at Youthpass to start having an idea of the instrument;
• Bring swimming suit (in case of good weather) and comfortable cloths;
• Be creative as much as possible and do not annoy the crew with powerpoint (we’re not really open-minded on powerpoint).
Costs:
There is no participation fee! Lodging and meals are covered by the hosting organization with the financial support from Erasmus+. Travel costs will be reimbursed after showing original tickets, invoices, receipts, etc... Erasmus+ foresees a contribution to the travel costs of the participants which for this training is up to 275 euro per person.
