Summary: Make the move to Erasmus+ is a "Contact Making Event" (CME) which aims to bring together youth workers and youth organisations' board members to developed european cooperation in the field of youth.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors.
For participants from: Belgium - DE, Belgium - FL, Belgium - FR, Italy, Latvia, Spain.
Group size: 16 participants
Details:
In the frame of the new ERASMUS+ program (2014 – 2020), you are involved in this project in order to discover all the opportunities offered by the new program. You can also consider finding partnership opportunities for the future; exchange/create learning tools and experiences.
Our event will bring together two types of organizations:
1) Organizations that have already developed international partnerships;
2) Organizations that have local experience in the youth field and want to expand their participation at a European and international level.
Objectives:
The main objectives that we are pursuing are:
1)
Develop new partnerships between participating organizations and develop new European networks;
2) Strengthen the youth professional practices in the following areas:
• Inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities;
• Youth integration in society;
• Development of youth entrepreneurship;
• Valorization of the Youthpass as tool for the recognition of specific competences and transversal skills.
3) Presentation of the European Erasmus+ program.
• News and changes from past programs;
• Impact on target audiences and organizations involved;
• New guidelines and priorities of the program.
How to…
For the implementation of the activities, we will use formal and non- formal education methodology like:
• Work-groups;
• Workshops;
• Round tables;
• Presentations;
• Discussion groups;
• Study visits;
• Open sessions for the implementation of future project ideas.
Participants’ profile * We rely on our partners to respect this criterion *
The partners must be represented by:
• Active member of the organization (Board member/decision maker);
• Youth projects’ Coordinator;
• Youth Leader;
• Educators.
Costs:
All costs are covered by an Erasmus+ program funding. Reimbursement of the Travel expenses will be in accordance with the Program's lump sums:
• Belgium 180.00€
• Spain 275.00€
• Italy 275.00€
• Latvia 275.00€
Working language: English, French.
