Summary: Short 3 days training course to contribute to the documentation of workshops during the IX TOOL FAIR in Romania using: 1) Photo and video 2) Graphic (Graphic facilitation) 3) Drama.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders.
For participants from: Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU, Youth in Action Programme Countries.

Details:
The training course will provide opportunities to a group of 15 people to be trained about how to use Movie/Pictures, Graphic facilitation and Drama for providing feedback about the process of the workshops during the Tool Fair. The participants will have the opportunity to experiment their learning during the Tool Fair in Romania. The training will be an unique opportunity to gain more skills and competencies about DEOR within Youth Work and Youth Projects. DEOR is very important in the overall process in the youth work and the training will be provide new opportunities to develop, know or increase competencies in documentation with new methods and also innovative educational approaches. The group will be composed by 15 people. The people will be divided in the 3 category (Photo/Movie, Graphic Facilitation, Drama). The participant will get 3 days of training and then will stay and documents taking part actively in the Tool Fair. They will take part in the workshops, documents and performe and present their work during the Tool Fair. It's a long term approach for gain competencies.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project.
