Summary: A partnership building and coordinating meeting between organizations interested in co-operate and make new activities in the field of non formal education for youth inclusion and active citizenship.

For participants from: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey
Group size: 25 participants
Details: InformaGiovani is the coordinating body of an European informal network, dealing with youth inclusion and volunteering and is willing to exchange good practices and knowledge and explore possibility of co-operation in the mentioned field with other organizations from all over Europe.
During the meeting we will exchange material, information and ideas to implement new activities related to youth inclusion and volunteering: new trainings, new exchanges, new workcamps, etc.
The meeting is in particular addressed to study possible future co-operation in the field of EVS short-term, youth exchange, mobility of youth workers, development of non formal educational tools/material to be spread to a wide audience.

20th November - Arrival
Arrival must be before 18.00
In the evening, get to know activities.
21st November - Morning (including coffee break)
Presentation of the programme
Presentation of participating organizations with focus on youth inclusion activities (first part)
21st of November - Afternoon
Non formal learning with young offenders example. Visit to the "Garden of Memory" (place where mafia bosses killed the son of a mafia member who repented and started co-operate with police)
Presentation of work done with young offenders and with Juvenile Justice System workers
21st - Evening
Organizations Fair
22nd of November - Morning (including coffee break)
Presentation of participating organizations with focus on youth inclusion activities (second part)
22nd of November - Afternoon (including coffee break)
Erasmus+ and social inclusion. What we can do together, how we can mutually benefit from our experience and expertise.
22nd - Evening
Working groups (to be agreed by participants) on youth exchanges, mobility of youth workers, EVS short-term, other
23rd of November - Morning (9-11.30)
Final evaluation and tasks division
Flight from Palermo must be after 13.00 or the following day
Costs: Local board and lodging are fully covered.
Travel costs are covered up to 75% for each participant, with a maximum reimbursement of 300 euro per participants, except for:
- Portugal, Latvia and Estonia: max 400 euro
- Finland: max 450 euro
- Iceland: max 550 euro
In case of late departure (only for Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania) an extra night is offered for free.
If the participant is not insured, we will ask an insurance fee of 6 Euro.
