Requested trainer profile
We are looking for trainers with the following profile:
• Knowledge and experience in the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme (and other learning mobility programmes) or the former Youth in Action programme 2007 - 2013;
• Knowledge and experience in (international) youth work and non-formal education;
• Knowledge and experience in intercultural learning;
• Knowledge and experience in (working with) European Institutions;
• Knowledge and experience in competence development;
• Experience in conducting trainings and seminars and facilitating events –trainer skills;
• Being able to work and write in English (not necessarily native speaker);
• Availability for the prep-meetings and training course itself.
Working conditions
JINT vzw uses the SALTO trainer fee system (www.salto-youth.net/trainerfees/). We calculate 4 working days at € 280,00 per day (residential), plus a lump sum of € 560,00 ( = half the amount we calculate for the training course itself), covering all preparation, communication and follow-up.
In total: € 1.680
JINT vzw will cover the trainers’s travel & subsistence costs for the prep meeting and the training course itself.
We provide 1 prep meeting in Brussel, from 1 to 2 days. Dates will be set in mutual consultation.
Team composition
The team responsible for preparing, running and evaluating the staff training for newcomers is composed as following:
• Two trainers
• Support preparatory team of 5 people

4. Jolana Dockalová – NA Czech Republic
