Details:
The seminar is a lively participative workshop which combines sessions on development of group dynamics and leadership skills with the opportunity to work on developing ideas for your own organisation. Working with others from around the world, participants share ideas and experiences and then collaborate in developing and presenting ideas they can take back to use at home. This is the 27th session of the seminar which has seen participants from almost all countries of the world. The workshop is for intended for youth leaders aged between 25 and 45. The age restrictions are to ensure that participants have a reasonable level of leadership experience to be able to exchange with others and also that they will be able to make full use of the exchanges in their work. The upper limit is because the games and exercises involved may not be suitable for older youth leaders. If any potential participant outside these ages brackets is still interested, please contact the organisers directly who may be willing to make an exception.
Costs:
Participation Fee
The pro-rata participation fee for the workshop is 580 euros. Upon payment of the participation fee, the participant does not incur any additional costs for accommodation, meals, working documents, and the excursions listed in the programme.
Travel Costs
Travel costs to and from the workshop are not included in the fee. They must be paid by the participants themselves or by their organisations/employers.
Financial Support
Under certain conditions financial assistance may be provided. Financial assistance may be requested for the participation fee and/or travel expenses. To this end, a reasoned request shall be submitted together with the registration form. The request shall be confirmed by the applicant’s own organisation or employer. The request shall indicate the level up to which the costs can be borne by the applicants themselves, and the reasons for which the remaining costs cannot be borne. In cases where financial support is granted, the cost for accommodation, meals, working documents, and the excursions listed in the programme will nevertheless be borne by the organizer of the workshop.
Important
As funding for support is only available to a limited extent, not all applicants can be given financial support.
