Details:
We decided to make a training course on Talent Development because we believe that all people have a huge potential but not all people have the possibility to use it. No matter of our social, economical or cultural background, most of us face societal pressures to achieve in ways that might not be in our best potential. Through the projects we make for youngsters we create them the opportunities to develop their skills and their talents. The more we know about talent and how to develop it the better opportunities we can create. During 7 days of training course we will explore different dimensions of talent development such as: passion and potential, skills and competencies, encouragement and motivation. The program is designed within a framework of non-formal learning based on interactive methods and effective learning cycle (experience, reflecting, transferring, sharing, developing). The training course “Europe’s got talent” is a project organised by P.E.C.O Association, settled in Genoa and willing to make Genoa more connected with Europe through international projects. Therefore we would like to invite people who are interested in setting long term cooperation and have possibility to make international projects in the future. The main focus of our organisation is Social Inclusion so we would be happy to invite people who have some experience in that field or at least have an interest in it. We work with youngsters and young people trying to help them to get a better start. It’s crucial for us that participants of this training course are people working directly with youngsters or young people so we can increase their mobility through this international cooperation.
