For participants from: Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania
Group size: 24 participants
Details: TC will be a place for youth workers to share their knowledge, experience, best practices, gain new skills, abilities and tie the thread cooperation with partner organizations for future initiatives in order to:
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of their work;
• Inclusion of young people excluded back into society;
• Eliminate or reduce early school leaving by young people excluded;
• To encourage young people excluded to participate in the program, as one of the possibilities include them to society.
During our project, we will use the methods of work, based on the methodology of non-formal education, such as workshops, creative sessions, work in international teams, games and integration, intercultural evenings, meetings with experts.
Thanks to our project participants increase their competencies and acquire new skills, which is key to influence the level of their work and to inspire further action.
Costs: Accommodation, meals and all the materials will covered by hosting organisations.
Travel reimbursement: Romania 275 euros; Italy 275 euros; Latvia 180 euros; Poland 0 euros.
Working language: English.
