Summary: A 4.5 days training that provides all the tools (team and project management, coordination, logistics, facilitation and communication) to organize imp!act. imp!act trainings are aimed at empowering youth by helping them set up their own social project.
Target group: Youth leaders, young people aged 18-30 (+/-)
For participants from: Other Countries In The World , Partner Countries Neighbouring The Eu , Youth In Action Programme Countries
Group size: Around 25 participants. However participants are expected to apply and come in pairs.
Details: What is the euforia training programme? A top-notch, 4.5 days training that provides you with all the tools to organize events (called imp!act, see below) to empower youth in your city.
It covers a wide range of skills highly valued in any professional context :
• team and project management,
• coordination,
• logistics,
• facilitation,
• communication and marketing.
As a cherry on top, you receive a certificate acknowledging your newly acquired competences to pimp your CV. The training will take place in May in Bern, Switzerland.
What is imp!act? Imp!act is a 3,5 days workshop that gathers enthusiastic young adults who wish to change the world they live in but lack the practical knowledge, the network and/or the confidence to start. Therefore, imp!act leads them through all the necessary phases and equips them with all the needed tools to launch a project. On the last day, young participants get the unique chance to ask for advices and get construcive feedbacks from professionals.
Costs:
Participation fee: there is no participation fee for this training course because we want you to contribute by taking care of your own travel and accommodation expenses. For next editions a participation fee will be required, as it is currently the case for Swiss participants.
Cover your transportation during/to the trainings (a limited number of scholarships are available upon requests (only train / bus rides), you will be reimbursed only after you accomplish the organisation of an imp!act in your country)
Cover your accommodations costs: we will try to help you find a couch in Bern otherwise you might need to pay for your lodging costs (a limited number of scholarships are available upon requests (only dorms in youth hostel), you will be reimbursed only after you accomplish the organisation of an imp!act in your country).
Food: we will provide you with 1 meal per day (except on Sunday), drinks & snacks. Supermarkets are close to the area where the training takes place.
