For participants from: Estonia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal.

Details:
SCI Hellas hosts every year workcamps and youth exchanges in Greece, which are guided by principles of non violence and intercultural understanding. Every one of our projects hopefully becomes a peace-building experience. Within this frame, we want to train young people to take this very role into their hands and coordinate this kind of projects with sensibility and confidence.
The training will focus on the following topics:
• the role of leader and the concept of leadership in international youth activities;
• intercultural experiences: learning, understanding, managing conflict;
• social inclusion and human rights as a basis for international cooperation;
• teambuilding, motivation and participation.
Costs:
Travel costs, accommodation and food costs will be covered by the project grant. The maximum we can reimburse of travel costs are the following: Estonia - 360€; Portugal - 360€; Lithuania - 275€; Italy - 275€; Greece - 180€.
Working language: English.
