• Are able to develop the structure and methodology of the contact-making seminar in co-operation with the organising team of the event;
• Are familiar with the principles and values of non-formal learning;
• Have an excellent command of English (including drafting skills);
Working conditions
Responsibilities of the facilitators
• be available for and co-facilitate the preparatory meeting taking place in Kiev from 16 June to 19 June 2015 (including arrival and departure days).
• get in regular contact with the organizing team for the development and implementation of the project;
• develop the seminar agenda and the call for participants together with organizing team;
• facilitate the seminar (plenary sessions, working groups) and work on the evaluation in cooperation with the team;
• Write a final report.
Facilitators’ fees:
280€/day for 7 working days (3 days for the preparation and evaluation, 4 days for the seminar)
Travel and accommodation
Travel and accommodation-related expenditures for the preparatory meeting and the seminar will be fully covered.

In the team, there is a representative of the following institutions: SALTO EECA RC; SALTO Youth Participation RC; Polish and Belgian(FR) NA’s

How to apply:
To submit your application, please send your CV (max 2 pages) together with a motivation letter in English. In the motivation letter, we would like you to describe your previous work experience on these topics or in the EECA region, your motivation to facilitate this seminar. Furthermore, we would like to know how do you combine the two parts of the seminar in a programme (seminar and project development).
