For participants from: Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovak Republic, Spain.
Group size: 30 participants.

Objectives:
General Objective: Develop youth workers/leaders competences to support young people on how to deal with the challenges they face in a changing world.
Specific objectives:
• how to encourage young people to follow their passion/interests and develop their potential;
• how stimulate critical thinking and inner analytical competencies;
• help youth workers to increase participation of young people in society;
• how to transfer the acquired competences and inspire others to adopt the coaching approach;
• develop a coaching approach to improve the quality of youth work with the support of Erasmus+/Youth.
Working methods:
We will use a mix of the following methods depending on the needs of the participants and the group dynamic: Creativity; Experiential learning; Theoretical input; Good practices sharing; Visits; Show your skills workshops; smelly cheeses tests and more surprises...
Costs:
Travel costs max. reimbursement / Person:
Estonia = 360 euro; Spain, Romania, Germany, Greece, Italy, Slovakia & Hungary = 275 euro.
Accommodation & food: provided by the programme.
Participation fee= 45 euro.
