After the great success of the previous editions in France - in 2010 with a very general approach on the role of women in society, in 2012 with a more specific analysis on women in the field of social economy, in 2013 with an emphasis on the promotion of young women employability through non-formal education – we moved in 2014 in Turkey for dealing more specifically on the topic of entrepreneurship and the role youth work can have in its support and encouragement. Now in 2015, the main topic will be gender sensitive youth work. This topic will be very important to be tackle in the interregional cooperation and see how the different cultural background has impact on the youth work and specially on the gender issue. The seminar is open to all the youth workers who are active since more than 2 years in the field that have experience in gender sensitive approaches or feel the need to develop such competence in their working field.
