The second block of the training course is about reflecting and sharing with colleagues how and in which fields of Youth Work or Non Formal Education aforementioned tools can be used, which will be implemented with the help of Open Space Technology. Open Space is a large group method and It is specially found supportive and being frequently used in self-organized youth projects, in youth participation projects and in the phase of future actions' planning. It aims to develop various activities within the general topic and spread the idea of OST and it gives ACTION PLANNING opportunity for other young people to use this tool in their projects, to multiply Knowledge, Attitude and Skills (SKA) gained during this training. Open Space lies in the nature of training to focus on skills, abilities, qualifications and personal development of the participants. This will be done with a special attention put to the intercultural and participative context of the training. The process is managed through – on one hand – the “open space” for participation and – on the other hand – clear time and space frames. During an open space meeting the participants themselves create the agenda, which consists of concrete topics and issues. Later they work in self-organized small working-groups to concrete topics and put down the results of the process inside the group. The results of all working-groups are copied in form of a “Book of proceedings”, of which every participant receives their personal copy. Then comes an evaluation phase, emerging from the Action Planning.
Objectives to achieve as a result of these activities:
