The training course “From A to Z about EVS” is about promoting the possibility for volunteering and especially the EVS opportunities. The focus is on clarifying all the steps of how to organize and implement EVS projects of high quality.
The objectives of this project are as follows:
• Increasing knowledge and information about the philosophy of volunteering and the possibility of implementing EVS projects;
• Providing information about the basics of EVS projects, rights, responsibilities and roles of the main actors;
• Getting into the details of how processes could be efficiently structured through the whole cycle of the project - preparation, application, implementation, evaluation, follow-up activities, next steps;
• Sharing of practical tips and tricks for raising the quality of the projects to be implemented;
• Preparation for the practical realization of the EVS projects;
• Sharing of good and bad practices giving a learning opportunity and ideas for improvement;
• Creating of a support and sharing group of organizations for a successful implementation of future EVS projects;
• Increasing the knowledge in general about Erasmus+ Programme.
The training will take place from 27th November till 3rd December 2015 (5 full working days and two days - 1 arrival 27th November and 1 departure day 3rd December) in Bulgaria, in Jeravna hotel, Bankya, the region of the capital Sofia.
Profile of the participants
• Age 18+;
• Youth workers, project managers, coordinators, supervisors;
• Willing to learn and share;
• Willing to multiply learning after the training course;
• Able to understand and express themselves in English;
• Are committed to attend for the full duration of the project.
The final selection will be done by CVS-Bulgaria although priority will be given to candidates proposed by the Partner Organisations as long as their application is submitted within the deadline and the candidates profile fits with the profile proposed on this call. Selected participants will be informed by 11.11.2015. All applicants will be informed about the final decision.
Costs:
Travel costs - Reimburse of the travel tickets will be done according to the rules of the Erasmus+ programme based on distance calculation and at receipt of original documents. Albania – up to 180 Euro; Croatia – up to 275 Euro; Georgia – up to 275 Euro; Macedonia – up to 180 Euro; Romania – up to 180 Euro; Serbia – up to 180 Euro; Spain– up to 360 Euro. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks will be provided by the organizers. There is no participation fee.
