Summary:

CSR 2.0 – Creative CSR Instruments for Youth Projects is a Key Action 1 – Mobility of Youth workers developed within Erasmus + programme and involves 8 participant organizations from: Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Poland, Lithuania and Croatia aiming at equipping youth workers with tools and instruments on developing CSR strategies that could support them in running the existent youth programmes and developing new ones. For 8 days (November 27 to December 4), 24 youth workers representing the NGOs from the 8 countries, will be part of a training course organized in Craiova. The training course – learning mobility will explore the existent crisis of the traditional models of youth work and the new working tools that youth NGOs and youth workers can use to help young people to reach their full potential. Working in international teams and using the tools provided, the participants will be developing their own projects that are to serve the partner NGOs to set up or to improve the basis of their CSR Strategies.
The project has the following objectives:
• Training 24 youth workers on CSR methodologies to be used for youth projects;
• Investing in developing new working methodologies to respond to the change of paradigm existent in youth work;
• Developing the working network so that it would impact the local organizations;
• Promoting Erasmus + opportunities, having a close look at the opportunities to partner up with actors from different fields.
Regarding the objectives of Erasmus +, the project works on the development of the transversal competencies of youth workers and promoting the priorities of the European Youth Strategy – especially the ones regarding the need for trans-sectorial cooperation in the field of youth. Moreover, the project is also focused on valorizing the outcomes of the European Youth Work Convention 2015.
Participants’ profile:
• The call for participants is opened to youth workers with or without international experience, youth workers working directly with young people with fewer opportunities;
• Youth workers with a high interest into social entrepreneurship;
• Youth workers interested into developing CSR models tailored to their working reality – willing to develop their own stakeholders’ engagement models for their working communities;
• The participants should be above 18 but no maximum age limit is being set.
Costs:
Max. travel reimbursement per participant from: Turkey, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania and Poland: 275€; Spain: 360€; Bulgaria: 180€; Romania: 0€. The visa costs are to be reimbursed 100%. CSCD is offering covering the accommodation and food costs. There is no participation fee for this Training Course.
