Costs:
Accommodation, meal and activities costs are entirely covered by the host organization. The health insurance is not provided and will not be reimbursed from the grant. All participants are strongly advised to purchase private travel instance. Reimbursements of travel costs will be made accordingly to the Erasmus+ rules, as follows: Country Maximum travel costs to be reimbursed/participant: Armenia 360 Euro; Bulgaria 275 Euro; France 275 Euro; Greece 275 Euro; Hungary 180 Euro; Poland 180 Euro; Romania 275 Euro; Russian Federation 360 Euro; Spain 275 Euro; Turkey 275 Euro; Ukraine 275 Euro; Czech Republic 0 Euro. We will reimburse the travel expenses during the training course, according to the Erasmus+ framework. In order to make the reimbursement, it is compulsory that each participant has all the necessary financial documents presented below. If your travel costs exceed the prices presented above, the reimbursement will be limited to the maximum amount allocated for each country. For the plane transport, the original documents that we need are: E-ticket; Invoice; Proof of payment (from internet banking) or receipt; Boarding passes; 100% of VISA costs will be reimbursed in CZK on the place on the basis of bills, tickets or invoices. Country Maximum visa costs for all group Armenia 180 Euro; Russian Federation 640 Euro; Turkey 540 Euro; Ukraine 320 Euro. No participation fee is required.
