Summary: We would like to get together youth workers that work in the sphere of art and/or ecology - to exchange experience and find alterNATIVE solutions.
Target group:Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, youth workers that work in the sphere of art and culture.
For participants from: Armenia, Georgia, Montenegro, Serbia, Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries.
Group size: 25 participants
Details:
"2be alterNATIVE" - 2 month training course for youth workers from all the Europe! We believe that in youth work and everyday life one should be "native" with young people .. with oneself. Native means Natural, unaltered and unadorned ..... Great experience to try out on practice all our tools and methods, and test our knowledge and skills in real life conditions! Participants will lead workshops to each other, learn from each other, moderate and participate in round tables on topics "How to support young artists, farmers and crafts man", "How to fight with unemployment among young people we work with" etc. 1 month we will learn and get skills/experience. During second month we will do art/crafts workshops with young people. During June 2016 we will have many workshops, that will help to develop our skills in work with young people in the field of Art and /or Ecology. The base of our workshops will be Your knowledge, skills and experience – since most of
workshops will be lead by the participants. Also participants will make presentations about own organisations, what are their recipes on
„successfull organisation” …. Participants will have chance to have excursions, mountain tripes. These costs are not covered by the organisers. How ever participation is free – You can decide if U want to participate or not.
Apart of participants' workshops theer will be many other workshops:
• Self-expression and communication skills workshops;
• Art&Crafts workshops: pottery, glassmaking, wood, music, theatre, dance;
• Discussions and practical meetings on the topic of „Rural entrepreneurship”: Agro- and Eco-tourism, local cooperatives, Eco-villages. How to develop entrepreneur' skills among young people in rural areas;
• Discussions on how be good leader. Activities that can help to develop leader' skills;
• Theater workshops;
• FUNDING opportunities: how to write projects, social funds (croud funding etc)
During July we will have practical part of our „June learning”. There will be 3-4 meeting with Polish youth lerders, youth workers etc. Every meeting will last 1 weekend and will get together around 30 people. In mixed groups participants will preapare a program for these meetings and will lead it on voluntary bases. Polish participants will pay for these workshops very simbolic fee, how ever these fee will be partly used to cover particiapnts travel and food costs.
Costs:
Participation: free of charge.
Project costs: The food, accommodation and all other project costs will be fully provided and paid by the organizers.
Travel costs: Travels costs are reimbursed by the organizers up to the certain amount.
Working language: English.
