The trainer:
• Will attend the full training, if necessary trainers may come day earlier to prepare the venue;
• Will attend the preparatory meeting 4-5 April, Warsaw, Poland;
• Will design, prepare, deliver and evaluate the training in the team of 3 trainers;
• Will prepare the training report containing e.g. the delivered programme, participant's ideas, analysis of the training, recommendations.
Team composition
• 1 professional from the business world;
• 2 professionals from the non-formal learning/youth work sector of whom one is a junior trainer supporting the more experienced trainers and learning to become a 'senior trainer'.
