Group size: 17 participants
Details:
The organizers invite youth workers from Portugal and Luxembourg to take part in an intercultural experience, involving constructive discussions and reflections as well as inspiration for new opportunities for their professional practice.
Competences to develop:
• Awareness of the social reality of 2 different countries;
• Teamwork.
Objectives to develop with the group:
• Getting to know each other (offer the opportunity to meet new partners and exchange contacts);
• Strengthen cooperation between 2 countries, by facilitating teamwork and by accommodating time and spaces for networking occasions;
• Share practical realities, tools, resources and outcomes of each professional activity;
• Set up common goals in the framework of the Erasmus+/Youth in action.
This exchange offers the participants a framework where they can actively participate with a program proposing the following activities:
• Visiting youth centres;
• Discovery of existing projects in Luxembourg;
• Reflection and constructive discussion labs based on the youth workers experiences.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA in Portugal and Luxembourg to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
