Summary: The Leadership Summer School is a global, annual, intensive training event for inspirational youth leaders. The project fosters skills of motivated participants and supports them on their path of becoming future leaders and active citizens.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors, Everyone who wants to make a change!
For participants from: Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries; Other countries in the world; Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU.
Group size: 60 participants
Details:
Leadership Summer School is an intensive learning event and a networking platform, aiming at increasing skills and readiness of youth NGO leaders by sharing best practices and improving leadership skills. We are looking for 60 highly motivated and active, students and young professionals who want to participate in a challenging learning event. LSS will take place in Pitesti, Romania from 16th to 25th of July 2016. If selected to participate in the event, you will be requested to deposit 50% of the participation fee (250 EUR for students and 350 EUR for professionals) as a confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable. The pending amount can be paid before or at the event. Further details will be communicated after selection is over. We are not able to provide scholarship or any form of discount.
Costs:
Participants need to cover own travel costs. The participation fee will be 250 Euro for students and 350 Euro for working professionals which includes: accommodation; food (3 meals per day + coffee breaks); transport for LSS activities; and some social activities.
Working language: English.
