ARGOMENTO: The main aim of Partnership Building Activity is to encourage the use of Erasmus+ Programme as a tool to promote social inclusion projects within your contexts. The PBA will create the working environment for organizations active in the youth field to develop trustable networks and partnerships for the development of future projects under the topic of inclusion.

Details:
The main aim of “Building bridges to Inclusion” Partnership Building Activity is to encourage the use of Erasmus+ Programme as a tool to promote social inclusion projects within your contexts. The PBA will create the working environment for organizations active in the youth field to develop trustable networks and partnerships for the development of future projects under the topic of inclusion.
Specific objectives:
• To explore the concepts of social inclusion/exclusion and young people with fewer opportunities, increasing our organizations capacity to develop future quality inclusion projects;
• To provide a meeting point for organizations to exchange information about future projects, exchange of best practices and tools on inclusion initiatives and projects, allowing networking and building new partnerships between organizations;
• To promote and support in the design of inclusion projects to be implemented in the framework of Erasmus+ programme.
Expected results
With the implementation of this activity we expect to reach the following results:

• Increase the number and the quality of projects focusing on inclusion and diversity submitted to the Portuguese and Spanish National Agencies of Erasmus + programme;
• Develop new partnerships and cooperation projects among the participating organizations;
• Increase competences of participants to better understand core principles of developing quality inclusion projects involving specific target groups.
Training methods used & main activities
The program will be structured with a balanced combination of introductory plenary discussions, round tables and working groups. The use of non-formal education methodologies ensures the active participation of all individuals involved. Working groups and active methods will be used in order to create an environment that encourages a dynamic involvement of all. The diversity of approaches will be applied in order to engage participants and facilitate the contribution from all in the discussed topics.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs or SALTO involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country.
