Call for Trainers: MOOC on Erasmus +( KA1 and KA3)
SALTO Youth Participation is looking for 2 Facilitators & 1 expert.

Description
SALTO-YOUTH Participation in cooperation with Erasmus+ National Agencies of Hungary, Italy, Island, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, are looking for 2 facilitators and one expert for the MOOC on KA1 and KA3.
Context & aims:
In 2015, SALTO Participation in cooperation with 9 National Agencies has developed a MOOC on Erasmus + and more specifically on Key Action 1(Youth Exchanges, EVS and Mobility of youth workers). This first MOOC was repeated twice, once in May and once in November 2015 gathering in total more than 1500 participants. Given the success of this project and the unlimited access for participants, SALTO Youth Participation RC in cooperation with Erasmus+ National Agencies of Hungary, Italy, Island,Croatia,Poland, Slovakia would like to relaunch the MOOC in November 2016 and add a specific module on KA3 and the Structured Dialogue.
The MOOC on E+ will be structured into 6 thematic modules:
Module 1: General overview of Erasmus+ Youth in Action
Module 2: Youth Exchanges
Module 3: European Voluntary Service
Module 4: Mobility of youth workers
Module 5: Support for Policy Reform (KA3)
Module 6: Application procedures
The learning objectives of MOOC on Erasmus+ Funding Opportunities for Youth:
• Learn philosophy of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action programme and the youth work sector: objectives, priorities, target groups;
• Understand the opportunities and where I can/want to get involved in
(Get ready) to develop a project matching formal and minimum quality requirements (gain knowledge, develop practical basic skills for project development);
• To create space for networking and building distributed knowledge about Erasmus+ Youth;
• Better understand the Structured Dialogue Process and develop quality participative project within KA3.
Implementation:
The project will consist of one prep-meeting, the facilitation of the MOOC and an online evaluation meeting with the partners.
The prep meeting (1 working day) will take place the first week of July (4-8/07) (Dates and place TBC).
The facilitation will be online from 01/11 till 27/11(dates TBC during the prep meeting). An online evaluation meeting will be planned in December 2016(date TBC
Requested trainer profile
SALTO-YOUTH Participation is looking for 2 facilitators and one expert.
Tasks of the facilitator:
• Gather information and needs from SALTO-Youth Participation RC and partners National Agencies to design the Support for Policy Reform (KA3) module;
• Review the 5 existing thematic modules:
Module 1: General overview of Erasmus+ Youth in Action
Module 2: Youth Exchanges
Module 3: European Voluntary Service
Module 4: Mobility of youth workers
Module 5: Application procedures
• Develop the content of the Support for Policy Reform (KA3)module;
• Facilitate MOOC's implementation online by communicating with MOOC participants (Q&A, feedback, discussions, etc.);
• Monitor MOOC's implementation and gather necessary evaluation data;
• Evaluate MOOC's experience and achievements, formulate recommendations for future.
Each facilitator will be responsible for specific tasks:
• Communication with the Steering group of MOOC and SALTO Participation RC;
• Leading the content and educational developments in regards to specific Erasmus+ activities: Youth Exchange Mobility, EVS Mobility, Youth Workers Mobility (KA1) and Support for Policy Reform(KA3);
• Coordination of educational production (visuals and videos);
• Coordination of evaluation, monitoring and reporting;
• Provide technical support to NA’s concerning the translation of MOOC materials (eg : sub-titles).
Profile of the facilitator:
• Experienced in facilitating/moderating online courses and MOOC;
• With knowledge about and experience in working on the topics of structured dialogue projects, KA3 projects, democracy or participative projects…;
• With knowledge and experience on KA1 implementation and coaching;
• Able to co-facilitate the prep-meeting in cooperation with the organizers;
• Very good coordination and communication skills;
• Very good command of English.
Tasks of the expert:
• Gather information and needs from SALTO-Youth Participation RC and partners National Agencies to design the Support for Policy Reform (KA3) module;
• Support the facilitators in the development of the content of the Support for Policy Reform (KA3) module;
• Search for resources and educational materials on Structured Dialogue.
