Profile of the expert:
• Experience in KA3 projects, democracy or participative projects;
• Very good knowledge on the Structured the Dialogue Process at European level;
• Have a experience in developing online content will be an asset;
• Very good coordination and communication skills;
• Very good command of English.
Working conditions
Working days for the facilitators:
• Prep meeting (1 working day) to review the existing thematic modules (KA1) and to prepare and develop the content of the module on KA3 (Structured Dialogue);
• Half day for for online meetings for monitor the progress of the project;
• Content development of the Module 5: Support for Policy Reform (KA3)( 3 working days);
• The facilitation (9 working days) online including Q&A, feedback, discussions, etc.;
• Online Evaluation meeting (half day): to be organized at the end of the project to evaluate the results of the MOOC and decide on the follow-up.
It is foreseen to provide a fee of 290 € per working day so the fees for the facilitators are 4205 € per person.

It is foreseen to provide a fee of 290 € per working day.

The “Erasmus+” National Agencies of Italy, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Island and Slovakia and SALTO-YOUTH Participation Resource Centre.

For the expert:

Plus briefly describe your visions on Support for Policy Reform (KA3) module: aims and objectives, learning content, expected outcomes etc. (one page max each).
