Tasks of the researcher:
• Conduct desk, phone research and focus groups among the participants of the TC during the whole process (including the training activity and beyond);
• Contribute to the design of the training course in cooperation with the trainers and the preparation team;
• Compile the competence framework in cooperation with the team;
• Describe the guidelines for using the competence framework.
Note: The final expected product of the research will be defined in cooperation with the team during the prep-meeting.
Working conditions
It is foreseen to provide the researcher a fee of 2.500€ (including preparation and participation in the prep-meeting and the TC, the conducting of the research during the whole process, developing the framework and guidelines). Additional fee will be paid for the involvement in the second stage of the project (i.e. the study visit, in case the activity is confirmed). The board, lodging and travel costs of the researcher linked to the above activities will also be covered.

• 1 SALTO Youth Participation RC;
• 2-3 National Agencies.
