Summary: Seminar for trainers and facilitators from Portugal and Spain, involved in the EVS training cycle, that aims to create the chance to improve the quality of the work they develop, to support the NA’s increasing the quality and cooperation between NA´s.
Target group: Trainers, Trainers and Facilitators that have already developed On-Arrival-Trainings and Mid-Term-Evaluations in Spain and Portugal. People from the NA’s of Spain and Portugal working in the EVS Training Cycle.
For participants from: Portugal, Spain.
Group size: 30 participants.

Main aim
To provide a space to trainers and facilitators involved in EVS training cycle to have the chance to improve the quality of the work they develop, to support the NA’s increasing the quality and to cooperate between Spanish and Portuguese teams.
Objectives
• To foster Cooperation between Portuguese and Spanish Trainers involved in EVS cycle.
• To share best practices and methods in EVS cycle training.
• To refresh and Updates contents, materials, approaches and Tools.
• To share and create guidelines for NA’s to increase the Quality in EVS Cycle Training in Portugal and Spain.
• To foster Cooperation in between teams of trainers from Spain and Portugal to increase the quality of Erasmus+.
• To identify main challenges and opportunities to continue developing quality trainings in the EVS Cycle.
• To connect the seminar with previous activities develop by the NA’s in Spain and Portugal in previous years (Like “Formadores en Acción” in Spain).
Approach
What do we want to have in the Activity?
• Spaces to work in “national teams” and spaces to work participants from both countries together.
• Spaces to work and share with the needs of the participants.
• Spaces that create what matters to NA’s and that can support the work of the NA’s increasing the quality of the On-Arrival-Training and Mid-Term-Evaluation in EVS.
• Spaces to connect the On-Arrival-Training and the Mid-Term-Evaluation.
• Spaces to discover what others are doing and share with them what you do.
• Spaces to decide what do you want to do.
• Spaces to have fun and meet people working in Spain and Portugal, in order to learn from informal moments.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme.
