• Improve their skills in: reflecting, evaluating, interviewing and asking questions, observing and listening, analysing, be able to plan better their personal and professional development and help others to do so.
• Be able to better guide other people through the process og labour market insertion.
• Do more projects and increase the quality of them in the context of maximising the potential of participants and learning opportunities.
• Know more about Erasmus+ and YouthPass.
Costs:
The project has been financed by the Erasmus+ program. The costs related to organizing the event will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the program distance bands:
• For participants from Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania and Germany: 360 euros/participant
• From participants from Croatia, Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy: 275 euros/participant.
Spanish participants will take care of their own transport.
Reimbursement of the travel costs will be done by bank transfer to the sending organization only, upon presentation the original tickets with boarding passes and receipts/invoices (including return tickets). There is no participation fee for this TC.
