Details:
The project “Learn, Act, Impact!” joins a training course and a Youth Exchange that aim to develop skills regarding organization, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of an international project. The first activity of youth workers will deepen the steps mentioned above, and the second will take effect the opportunity to implement activities as group leaders in a youth exchange, while providing the young participants the opportunity to develop skills in communication. The project will bring together a number of 24 youth workers that will learn how to coordinate a project. After the TC period, 6 of this youth workers will come back in Romania to implement the youth exchange for a group of 30 young people (of which 6 group leaders). The youth exchange will take place in Bucharest between 5-13 November.
The objectives to be reached during the project:
• Develop the knowledge regarding negotiation techniques, communication with young people, the stages of project preparation, elements of dissemination, visibility, evaluation and impact.
• Develop the skills to select and motivate participants, to identify and communicate effectively with stakeholders, to implement non-formal methods, to work with young people and conduct a debriefing.
• Develop pro-activity in terms of preparation and implementation of projects, bust the desire and confidence to work with young people.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme in the field of youth. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered. The travel costs will be reimbursed up to this limits: 180 Euro participant from: Bulgaria; 275 Euro participant from: Italy, Lithuania, Poland; Romania: there is no transport reimbursement. There is no participation fee.
