One specific quality of this training course is the focus on projects and concrete use of learning products, therefore participants will be supported and guided on development, implementation and evaluation of their own tools or projects for intercultural learning and dialogue. This training is not only for Youth Workers who work directly with refugees and migrants, but for all those who work in multicultural environments and work in communities who face the challenge of newly arrived cultures.
Costs:
This training is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The project was approved by the Portuguese National Agency on the 2nd Round of 2016.
Food and accommodation: will be fully covered by the project.
Travel costs: will be refunded after the end of the course, when all the original tickets and receipts are presented. Travel costs for each participant will be reimbursed according to travel distance band unit costs of Erasmus+ Programme, and until the limits established below. Possible extra costs should be covered by the participants themselves. Portugal (0 - 99Km): 0 €; Portugal (100 - 499Km): 180 €; Spain (500 - 1999Km): 275 €; Italy, Czech Republic, UK, Germany, Romania, Greece (2000 - 2999Km): 360 €; Sweden, Cyprus (3000 - 3999Km): 530 €.
Participation fee: 50 €/participant.
Working language: English.
