Summary: How to make a good Dissemination and exploitation of Results plan, to use the dissemination platform and also, how to manage the Mobility tool with success (and without stress).
Target group: Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers.
For participants from: Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries.
Group size: 24 participants
Details:
Aim: To improve the quality of the DEOR process of the projects and to reduce the general stress produced by the new Mobility Tool.
Objectives:
• To learn how to design the DEOR process (definition of target groups, definition of results, definition of evaluation indicators, definition of format and media, etc.);
• To discover the different parts of the Mobility Tool and dissemination platform;
• To develop a step-to-step guide "after the mobility" for the project managers.
During 5 working days we will explore in depth the DEOR and the Mobility tool. We will share good practices about DEOR and we will develop a whole step-to-step process to achieve a good quality process of dissemination and exploitation of results. We will also explore in detail the different parts of the Mobility Tool to let people discover how to manage it and how to deal with it in a positive and enthusiastic way.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, lodgement, training, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country, but in this case the Spanish National Agency do not set any fee for the participants. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
