ARGOMENTO: The main objective of the project "Inception" is to build capacity of persons working with NEET youngsters (neither in employment nor in education or training ) thus fostering their inclusion in society.

Summary: "Inception" builds a capacity of youth workers working with NEET youngsters.It is long term course with three steps: training course, local activities and follow up meeting.Participants develop their skills with coaching and constellation tools.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, EVS mentors/tutors.

Details:
We are looking for participants from Turkey (3) and Slovenia (3) to participate in international long term training course "Inception" that brings together 27 persons working with NEET youngsters from 8 countries (Slovenia, Latvia, Croatia, Estonia, Slovakia, Poland, Turkey, Lithuania). The aim of the long term training course Inception is to give the necessary tools to youth workers working with NEET youngsters.
The objectives of the training course are:
• To bring together diverse group of persons working with NEET youngsters from different European contexts;
• To create a space and time to reflect on personal motivation to work with NEET youngsters;
• To boost inner strength handling problems working with youth;
• To boost up professional competences by coaching and constellation methods.
The outcomes of the training course:
• To develop youth worker abilities to work in intercultural environment;
• To boost personal motivation working as youth workers especially with NEETs;
• To develop participant skills to apply coaching and constellation working with youth.
Participants will work with two approaches: coaching and constellation. Aim of these approaches is go to "inception" or roots of our participants and target group being capable to handle problems through coaching conversations and constellation. Their inner resources and strength would be the basics for handling problems. Using these approaches participants improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives and work with NEET's.
Costs:
Project is supported by Erasmus+ fund. Travel costs are reimbursed for participants according to EU calculator. For the first project activity (training course in Latvia) max amount is 275 eur for each participant of Turkey(3) and Slovenia (3) . For the second project activity (follow up meeting in Slovenia) max amount is 275 eur for one participant of Turkey. There are no travel reimbursement for participants from Slovenia. Accommodation and food is covered by project 100%.
