Summary: Training in Albania will gather 22 participants for 5 working days in order to explore how can use theatre as a tool in working with youth with the focus on gender issues and strength capacities of the organization.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers.
For participants from: Albania, Austria, Belgium - DE, Belgium - FL, Belgium - FR, Germany, KOSOVO * UN RESOLUTION, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Portugal, Serbia.
Group size: 22 participants
Details:
Training is based on exploring theatre techniques in working with young people and theatre as a social change. During the training, participants will also have different sessions such as communication, conflict management and intercultural dialogue. Training is based on non-formal methodology. The participants will have the chance to work in an intercultural atmosphere and learn from each other.
The aims of the training are:
• To gain skills on how to use theatre in youth work;
• To give space to the participants to learn from each other and exchange good practices;
• To get knowledge in conflict resolution and communication.
Training is a part of project “The role of man in gender equal Europe” supported by Erasmus + under KA2.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, food, materials...) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by programme. Travel will be organised in contact with the participants and plane tickets will be bought by organizers. There is no participation fee.
Working language: English.
