ARGOMENTO: During this seminar, beneficiaries will have the possibility to meet with other beneficiaries and the staff of several National Agencies. On one hand, this could be a good opportunity to give feedback on the programme to the staff of the National Agencies. On the other hand, it could also be an opportunity to share best practices, and not so good, and even network with other beneficiaries.

Summary: Half way through Erasmus+: Youth in Action, the South Youth Network countries want to develop a two working days seminar in order to evaluate the Programme, the granted projects and the available support.
Target group: Project managers, Beneficiaries of the programme.
For participants from: Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Turkey.
Group size: 85 participants
Details:
During this seminar, beneficiaries will have the possibility to meet with other beneficiaries and the staff of several National Agencies. On one hand, this could be a good opportunity to give feedback on the programme to the staff of the National Agencies. On the other hand, it could also be an opportunity to share best practices, and not so good, and even network with other beneficiaries. So if you had a granted project in the previous years this could be a great opportunity to discuss about the Programme, contribute to improve it for the next three and a half years, spread the results and a way to try to influence the design of the next Programme. Furthermore, it gives the NAs a chance to reach beneficiaries and provide important workshops in order to increase the quality in the projects. The activities of this seminar will take in place in workshops and also in plenary. The seminar will take place in Ceulaj, Mollina , Malaga (Spain).
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses. Note for sendings NAs, this TC is from TCA 2017.
