Top Ten Skills in 2020:
1.
Complex Problem Solving;
2. Critical Thinking;
3. Creativity;
4. People Management;
5. Coordinating with Others;
6. Emotional Intelligence;
7. Judgement and Decision Making;
8. Service Orientation;
9. Negotiation;
10. Cognitive FlexibilityIt is so clear that the skills listed above are directly related with the skills that people in youth field are handling for years. With non-formal learning methods, youth work has been supporting formal education system in terms of soft skills of young people and future entrepreneurs. It was a usual saying that “you can get a job with hard skills but you can keep your job with your soft skills”. Nowadays it changed a bit; “it is getting harder to get a job or to start up with only hard skills." There is no need to express the importance of non-formal learning in employability issue. Almost every international organization (EU, UN etc.) is underlining the necessity of non-formal learning in shaping the future of young people. At this point, this training will bring all related parts (youth workers, trainers, academicians, researchers, representatives of the business sector etc.) and to share Non-formal learning methods in order to create a platform for result oriented discussion with concrete recommendations. Entrepreneurship is currently a hot topic. Various universities and even high schools offer courses as an output of EU-wide policy on entrepreneurial learning. Despite of countless formal learning opportunities, there is an obvious gap between the qualifications of the formal education beneficiaries and the demand of self-regulated learning of entrepreneurial skills.
