Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors.
For participants from: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Russian Federation, Syria, Eastern Partnership countries; Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries; Other countries in the world; Western Balkan countries.

Details:
"Graphic Facilitation for Better Communication" is a solution to the problem, "Youth workers lack the visual methods to capture and hold the attention of young people during training sessions and presentations."
In order to solve this problem, we will work together as a group to achieve following objectives:
1. Improve our knowledge of the types of communication, learning styles and education (formal, non-formal and informal).
2. Understand and improve our graphic facilitation skills and be more open to the use of visual methods during our youth work.
3. Develop attitudes of acceptance towards disadvantaged groups, develop the ability to work in varied groups of young people and to adapt to changing work situations.
At the end of "Graphic Facilitation for Better Communication" the 24 participants will make a video to show how basic graphics such as tables, charts, graphs and illustrations can be made more interesting to facilitate better communication. The participants will also contribute to a blog that will promote these ideas.
Costs:
The participation fee is 300 € (350 € for a single room). The fees are covering: Courses, material; Accommodation for 7 nights in Hotel; Transportation from Carthage International Airports; Transportation by bus; Full Board - meals and tea breaks; Tourist destinations, trip to the desert;Social Activities. Participants have to cover their own travel costs.
