Summary: 20 participants will meet in La Vancelle between 6th and 16th of October 2017 to develop their competences and skills in entrepreneurship and improvisation theatre to use it later in work with youth to increase their employability and active citizenship.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors.

About the project
Project Improve Entrepreneurship Skills is a complex training course which would develop a set of competences during all the phases of the project. Participants will be actively involved before, during and after the activity. The training itself is very intense and will require your open and free mind from your home work. 20 participants from 10 countries will develop their skills under the eye of two trainers in the field of entrepreneurship and active citizenship. Trainers will use drama methodology to increase entrepreneurship skills and theatre improvisation to promote and learn about active citizenship.

Objectives of the project
• Train participants how to implement high-quality workshops about entrepreneurship skills and an active citizenship;
• Promote diversity and dialog between different cultures;
• Create a toolbox related to project’s methodology;
• Train participants how to increase the project’s visibility through social media;
• Increase international capacity of partner organisations;
• Promote NFE methodology among youth;
• Promote social inclusion and solidarity between people.
Methodology during the project
Main methodology that will be used in our training will be based on drama and improvisation theatre. To increase an efficiency of learning and to promote the project we are going to use gamification as a project’s background design. Participants would learn through peer learning, group work, role plays, simulations, debrifing, personal and group reflection.
Costs:
Participants will be reimbursed up to the limit of the Erasmus+ financial policy: 275 euros per participant (except for France : 20 euros). The reimbursement will be done through bank transfer after the main activities, when all participants would accomplish the tasks of dissemination the project results and follow up activities. Accommodation and food: free (100% covered by Erasmus + funds). Activities: free (100% covered by Erasmus + funds).
