Do you work with youngsters? With disadvantaged people? Do you find sometimes you communication skills don’t bring you the results you wanted? Do you want to learn new ways and start using them imediately? Are you a youth worker, social worker, teacher or educator? If yes, then this training is for you! "You cannot teach people anything. You can only help them to discover the learning within them." – Galileo. This is the approach our training uses - we believe that everybody knows how to do things right and has the knowledge to solve the problems they have. All they need is guidance to find the answers for themselves. “Coaching for success” is a 10-day training on coaching and practical communication skills for social, youth workers and educators who work with people on a daily base, especially with youngsters and disadvantaged groups. During these days we plan to deliver a very practical program – basically a long coaching session to our participants. Through these days they can develop and practice their own coaching style and get immersed in this methodology by practicing with others.
Our objective is to give a useful tool for youth and social workers and educators working with disadvantaged groups. With the help of this knowledge and practice they will empower their clients, so those can reach their goals and live a more successful life.
Also we would like to provide a unique opportunity to see the method working in a “real life situation”, by arranging and realizing their own complete and successful coaching session, by having a client, who will be young adults with a disadvantaged background and support them in creating their vision for the future. The first coaching sessions will take place during the training and we will create a system to continue after the training for 6 months as a follow-up.
