Summary:
Project NGO.up! is a 8-day training course. Training will take place Krakow, Poland from 4th to 11th October. During the training there will be following topics: social project management, communication, efficient implementation of project.
Target group:
Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers.
For participants from:
Youth in Action Programme Countries.
Group size: 1 – 4 participants.
Details:
The training is for those active in youth work and youth organization and youth leaders. The participant of the project will be 22 representative from Turkey, Spain, Latvia and Poland. During the training there will be following topics: social project management, communication, efficient implementation of project. The training will addressed the issue of intercultural education, so that young people gain knowledge useful in implementing future internationals project. The main objective of the project is develop and improve the quality of support systems for youth activities and the capabilities of civil society and to develop potential of youth organization. The aim of the project is also to promote international cooperation. The purpose of the activities is to improve and develop skills and knowledge workers and young project leaders in social project management and project addressed to youth including young people with fewer opportunities and marginalized groups. The main working methods will be: presentation, discussion, brainstorming, case studies, simulation games, ice breaking activities. We are urgently looking for partner to the project, which delegates to participate of 4 participants in the training.
Costs:
The project covers 70% of travel coast and 100% of all costs related to accommodation, meals and other costs concern the project.
Working language: English.
