Summary:
'LET'S JOB!' training course aims at rising awareness of unemployement and support participant's personal skills. Unemployed 24 artist will gather from 7 Europen Countries to shoot 4 short films about youth unemployement.
Target group:
Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Unemployed Theatre and Video Artists.
For participants from:
Belgium - FR, Italy, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Group size: 24 participants
Details:
This training course will focus on sharing experiences, methods using video and theatre to analysis unemployement. The project will be hosted in Gaziantep Turkey on 2-10 July 2013, 8 days and will see participation from the following countries: UK, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Turkey and Romania with 22 participants. The primary focus of the training will be to study the actual work situation in Europe and the main common problematic in the different countries and if/how we can create solutions to unemployement. The project will support youth workers offering them a programme made of a wide range of activities and workshops in which they can improve their skills, team building knowledge, reflect in groups, prepare in a small team a topical and practical presentation, expand their knowledge about other cultures and how to use video and theatre as a tool for youth work. As outcomes of this project we will record 4 spot videos to raising public awareness about unemployement.
Costs:
70% of Travel Expenses and full accomodartion is covered by organizanitors. Training course fee: 40 Euro .
