But we also take you further: You also understand what Youth in Action is about, you see the Programme values linked with your reality. You get to plan ahead on concrete projects and if all goes well, you can apply for them on May 1 deadline! Your project can start in August! You can already have experience on projects - it does not matter! Come and refresh your thoughts and get new ideas. You can also be a newcomer - you do not have to know anything about Youth in Action. As long as you are motivated to start working on international youth projects. You are over 18, active and understand English. And most importantly, you work directly with young people. Hear young people's voice! Suggest youth exchange for them already. Ask what they would be interested in doing. What is their concern? What they want to learn about other countries? What they can teach others? Bring this information with you to Estonia.
