Summary:
This partnership building activity is a first step in creation of a long term partnership links between the youth from 10 participating countries.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers.
For participants from: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, United Kingdom.
Group size: 35 participants
Details:
This partnership building activity is a first step in creation of a long-term partnership links between the youth from 10 participating countries. We strongly believe that being together, as one Unite – we are more powerful and interesting for the global cooperation.
Main aims and objectives of the Partnership building activity are:
• To meet with project partners, to give them change to present themselves during organization fair;
• To find out about each promoter’s experience in youth field, to compare work and working methods, programs and financial structures they are working with;
• To find out each partner priorities / objectives / interests in cooperation;
• To think about cooperation possibilities: different spheres, projects, e-field, financial issues;
• To discuss about cooperation’s affectivities by different examples;
• To write a cooperation plan draft;
• To think about future projects possibility;
• To think and agree on a first common project draft: aims, objectives, working methods and to work them out;
• To think about creation of an umbrella organization;
• Friendship / Personal contacts establishment.
The following methods are going to be used during the partnership building activity: a lot of working in groups in order to create a deeper personal contacts, round tables, fairs, cultural presentations, working on financial, human, communication questions in terms of cross-border partnership. As a first fruit, grown inside of a link, we expect to have a first future project’s draft after.
Costs:
70% of travel costs according to presented original boarding passes, train/bus tickets, invoices and others will be reimbursed via bank transfer after the project; 100% of accommodation, meal and program costs are covered by the hosting organisation. No participation fee.
Working language: English.
