Summary:
Sharing Experiences is a 6 day CMS for youth workers, leaders and project managers. It's aims are to teach about new YES EU programe, new rules, to share previous experience, to find new partners/develop new project ideas for the first dead line in 2014.
Target group: Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers.
For participants from: Youth in Action Programme Countries.

Sharing Experiences is a 6 day Contact making seminar for youth workers and leaders from Youth in Action Programme Countries, 1-2 persons per promoter. During CMS participants will learn how to develop youth exchanges in future YES Europe program in 2014 with a focus on cultural awareness, diversity, healthy life styles, sports, creativity and active European citizenship. Sharing Experiences is about making things happen; it's linking youth leaders/workers and management across Europe and helping them to develop partnerships and youth exchange projects.Sharing Experiences is about sharing experiences and exploring creative approaches and methods to developing new youth projects.During CMS participants will gain a clear view of the possibilities and priorities within the former Youth in Action programme and future YES Europe programme and understand how to develop project ideas, how to include non formal learning, new methods and activities and as applicant how to prepare Youth pass certificates. Also participants will share role models and good practice among all and there will an opportunity for one-two Newcomers organisation in program to come.
Costs:
This project will be financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, 70 % of travel costs and 100% of accommodation and visa costs relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the Youth in Action Programme. Participation fee is 30 € per participant. Reimbursement of 70 % of travel expenses is possible only after receiving all original invoices, boarding passes and tickets, economic class.
