Summary:
Within “Re-Exchange” we will evaluate the experience of the previous international youth exchanges with EECA countries. Also this seminar will be one of the last opportunities to prepare the new good quality projects within action 3.1 of the YiAP.
Target group: Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers.
For participants from: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Group size: 24 participants

Objectives:
• to evaluate and to share the experience of the international youth exchanges within action 3.1 implemented with EECA countries since 2007: main topics, participants, successes, challenges, results;
• to discuss tendencies and priorities for the cooperation in the youth field with EECA region;
• to discuss the new possibilities for cooperation in the youth field with the organizations from EECA region;
• using evaluated experience to come up with new most relevant youth exchange projects ideas to use the last Youth in Action possibilities.
For whom: youth workers and youth leaders, representatives which have experience of leading/ participating/ implementing of the international youth exchange (action 3.1 with EECA) from Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Slovenia and Turkey.
Accommodation includes shared double/triple rooms, on full board, coffee breaks and the use of conference facilities. Participants will be sharing a double or triple room with one or two people of the same sex. Each room has one bathroom; towels and bed linen are provided.
Costs:
Board and lodging will be provided for participants. 70% of participants’ travel costs from their home city to the venue will be reimbursed. There is no participation fee to take part in the project.
