South East Europe and Eastern Europe and Caucasus participants – the selection will be done by the Romanian National Agency until 25th of April 2013.
Costs:
Participants from Youth in Action Program Countries:
• Travel costs will covered by the National Agency of the participant country. If you are selected please contact your NA in order to arrange your transportation;
• Costs for food, accommodation, working rooms, transfer from the airport and facilitators are covered by the Romanian National Agency as hosting NA.
Participants from South East Europe and Eastern Europe and Caucasus - Romanian NA covers the costs for visa, transport from origin country to Romania and return, food, accommodation, working rooms and facilitators. The participants are requested to advance the visa and international transportation costs and will be reimbursed in after the event (within 45 days after the reimbursement request is received by the Romanian NA).
