The objectives of the training are in brief:

• To extend awareness about health and wellness in the sport for all field;
• To facilitate exchanges between young adults and broaden their work horizon by sharing different visions of approaching health and well-being in their own organizations;
• To extend knowledge on the importance of physical activity for health and well-being via preventive measures;
• To encourage the participants to link physical activity and human rights education as means of promoting the right to health;
• To ensure and increase the active participation of young people on the topic of health and well-being.
Methodological guidelines the project will be based on the principles and practise of non-formal education in youth worker and youth leader training. In conjunction with the topic of the activities this determines that the learning process will:
• be based on the intrinsic motivation of the learner;
• generally not imply the control of individual learning achievement;
• be learner-centred and based on the experiences of participants;
• be based on a personal responsibility for learning, supported by a strong group dimension and a collective approach;
• enable participants to apply and transfer what they learned to their youth work practise;
• take into account the needs and motivations of participants and be open to regular feed-back and evaluations;
• be thoroughly evaluated and documented to gain a maximum multiplying effect;
The present project seeks to create a network of organizations/institutions that are willing to further cooperate in the field of youth participatory mechanism especially dealing with sport issues, considering the vivid interest in the topic of the addressed countries. The network would multiply the relations, chaining partners’ members in a large communication and cooperation platform. The aim of the network is to create a “tool” that could represent an opportunity for further actions: the future development lies on the fact that its members, through joint cooperation projects, will have the also the chance to involve other partners active in the addressed fields. Involving old, new and future EU countries, we expect to foster EU integration, promoting a dialogue that may lead to a political standardization of European values and local democracy practices. Therefore, the project aims at launching a process designed to be sustainable. The project will be framed within a longer-term perspective, and planned with a view to achieve a multiplying effect and sustainable impact. Multiplication is obtained for instance by convincing other actors to use the results of the Project in a new context. Organizers will identify possible target groups that could act as multipliers (young people, youth workers, media, political leaders, and opinion leaders, EU decision makers) in order to spread project's objectives and results. Furthermore, partners and participants will be called to reflect systematically upon possible measures to ensure a follow-up of the Project.
