Costs:
We will be happy to host and cover costs of up to 4 participants from each country involved. We will be able to cover 70% of your travel expenses and 100% of your accommodation and food costs. 70% of travel expenses will only be reimbursed upon presentation of documentary evidence of the sum actually paid (invoice, copy of credit card slip, boarding pass, local transportation tickets, etc.). Please note that only people from APYN member organisations and from listed countries will be reimbursed (Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey). All participants will be reimbursed the latest by 60 days after the meeting (unless you have arranged with APYN otherwise).
The participation fee per participant is:
• Early birds (until 31st October) 30,00 eur;
• Regular (until 30th November) 50,00 eur;
• Late applicants (after 1st December) 60,00 eur.
APYN will cover the costs of lodging for the duration of the event.
Working language: English.
