Expected results and impact
Participants will develop their key competences in the following areas:
• international cooperation, international relations, development cooperation;
• project planning and grant application writing;
• European labour market related issues, policies and good practices in non-formal educational settings;
• Establishing new professional and personal contacts.
Expected impacts on the participating organizations:
• Building new partnerships, creating project plans and grant application drafts with the participating organizations;
• Sharing knowledge about European labour market related issues, policies and good practices in non-formal educational settings.
Potential longer term benefits
The strategic goal of the Contact Making Event is to create a partnership between the participating organizations for developing international projects to help young people entering or re-entering the labour market. The project creates such a professional partnership where organizations, experts and other stakeholders in the field can easily cooperate, share knowledge, give inspiration and engage in international cooperation for new, innovative projects supporting young people's labour market integration in Europe.
Costs:
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 Euros after the training. Free accommodation and catering. No participation fee.
