The participants will attend training sessions built around effective methods that will support the trainees through their learning process. Therefore, many of the sessions will involve a mixture of formal learning, non-formal education methods, group learning, learning-by-doing, experiential learning, animation-making activities, a study visit to The School of Animation & Audio Engineering from Bucharest and also to Anim’est Festival, Romania’s biggest international animation festival. Both visits will provide very interactive and enjoyable experiences for our group. After attending this training course, the participants will be more confident in their abilities to use animation when working with youngsters and in creating animation projects for promoting their NGOs or for dissemination purposes.
Costs:
“The Theory of Animation: re-imagining youth work through animation” is co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme. Accommodation, food and basic learning materials will be provided by the organisers. Travel costs to/from the training course will be fully reimbursed up to the national limits set by the Erasmus+ programme, which are roughly: Lithuania: €275; Poland: €275; Portugal: €360; Romania: there is no transport reimbursement; Spain: €360; United Kingdom: €360. Participants are required to arrange their own travel and medical insurance for the duration of the training course. This is a mandatory condition for attending. There is no participation fee.
